Your Wok

Any good Recipes That require using a wok?

While digging through my pots and pans I ran across wok we were given as wedding gift ... I used a few times and its still barely seasoned. My question is .. what are your recipes Preferred requiring the use of a wok? Please share them with me so I can break my little wok! Danke!

Garlic Chicken Stir Fry 12 oz chicken breasts without skin 1 cup water 3 tablespoons tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons tablespoons dry white wine 1 cooking rice 2 c. corn soup spoons of cooking oil 10 green onions cut into 1-inch pieces 1 cup thinly slice the mushrooms 12 cloves garlic, minced or 2 c. chopped water chestnuts minced bottled garlic 1 / 2 cup 1 / 2 cup baby corn bamboo 1 / 2 cup sprouts 1. Cut chicken in 1 / 2 inch pieces. Place chicken in a plastic bag in a shallow bowl. 2. For marinade, combine water, soy sauce and white wine. Pour marinade on chicken in a bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Stir the cornstarch marinade and set aside. 3. Pour oil into a wok (if necessary, add more oil during cooking). Heat over medium-high heat. Add oinions greens, mushrooms and garlic in the wok. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until tender. Remove from wok and reserve. Add chicken to the wok and cook stirring for 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink. Push chicken from center of wok. Stir in the marinade and add to center of wok. Cook, stirring until thickened and bubbly. 4. Return cooked vegetables to the wok, add water chestnuts, baby corn and bamboo shoots. Cook and stir for one minute or until the head through. Serve with rice. You Can add or remove any vegetables you want, but it my Favorite Recipe to use with my fried wok! Good luck!
