How many Weight Watcher Points do I get on new PointsPlus?
Can someone on the weight watchers please tell me how many Weight Watchers Points Plus I get on the new program? I am 30, female, 5'6 inches tall, and 148 lbs. I need the number of points i get both with and without breastfeeding.
Dont do it...!! Weight watchers is awful.. I did it.. and I was always hungry. Calorie restriction is hell. I do Atkins. As much as people rag on it, the science is there. Lean meats, fish, eggs, nuts, vegetables, cheeses... it works. I lost 32 lbs and never was hungry. Its hard because you don't eat a lot of sugars, but you eat as much as you want but you still lose weight. The science is there. My cholesterol actually went DOWN. It was because I was eating less hydrogenated fats and eating natural fats...... i beg you to try it... just one month !
Also, reading your description you dont sound heavy, that sounds like a good weight.
