weight watchers...sounds too easy, whats the catch?
so i want to start weight watchers but i hear its not worth it to pay for the information because its all over the internet for free and its basically the points system. i have been doing it for about a week but it doesn't even feel like im on a diet. i noticed that i have been eating less then i normally do but it just seems too simple. is the point system all there really is to it? or am i missing something? because it all seems too good to be true. i usually go for the magic pills that i never stay on or follow through with. so can anyone tell me anything else i need to know thanks.
i have already got my daily points and i get the whole flex points for the week and extra for exercising, and i calculate everything with a regular calculator. is there anything else i should know?
It's not just a point system, it's also a network of support and accountability when you are going to weekly meetings. Weight Watchers isn't really a diet though, it's more of a lifestyle change that is designed to be continued even when you reach your target weight. It really does work... I lost a LOT of weight using Weight Watchers.
