Does anyone have recipes impressive lemon chicken?

My mother used to make lemon chicken, shes no longer with us. I think she used to soak the chicken in lemon juice overnight in the refrigerator, then floured and had more rice.It was one of my favorites.I do not remember exactly how it tastes so good.I appricate any recipes.Thanks!
