How do I shelve / store magazines in my house?
It seems to me that I do not a shelf deep enough in which the stack of magazines (as they would books side by side, row by row). I do not want to leave them lying around, and yet I did not enough to buy a whole book of new cases. Suggestions? Kri-
Go to any store that sells school supplies. Look around for see where they sell records-the kind of cardboard with pockets and / or brads. See if they will give you more of the cardboard containers that the records come in. Most stores will allow you to take these home for free. You Can paint or cover with fabric or wrapping paper to match your decor. Put your magazines in these and insert them into your library first bottom end (the spines of the face-up magazine so you can see them.) If the file will keep them upright so they do not collapse. You can pull the cardboard box in a few years and see the value of magazines to moment, then just pull the one you want.
