Food dehydrator recipes/cookbooks and ideas?
I purchased a food dehydrator a couple months ago but have only used it twice. I am having a hard time coming up with ideas on what to use it for. I've searched online but haven't found many recipes that interest me. What are YOUR favorite recipes, websites and cookbooks for the dehydrator?

I forgot to mention that I do not eat meat so jerky recipes aren't an option 
Dried tomatoes!!! You know how expensive those are in the store! Once you've dehydrated them, they are a delight in salads, on baked chicken, with a nice steak, as a tapenade on sliced french bread toasts with olive oil and garlic, dried tomato pesto on pasta, as a filling for a sandwich.... it goes on and on.
