how come even the Jewish Encyclopedia states that Paul was the created of Modern Christianity?
And it says and gives examples of how Paul didn't know Jewish Law and suffered from visions that those in Mithra often get.
So why does the Jewish Encyclopdia even state that Paul was the founder of this Modern Christianity?

it does seems biased doesn't it. It totally rails on Paul, but takes a different approach to Jesus.
Let's take one thing mentioned there and explore it.
When Paul cites Hebrew scriptures, he always uses the Septuagint. If he had been a student of Gamliel, he would have known the Hebrew thoroughly and used that. Contrary to what some Christians like to believe, the Septuagint wasn't popular in Judea. It just wasn't.
But the Christian canon says that he was a student of Gamliel.
Reading the letters from a Jewish perspective, it's clear he wasn't.
That's just one small part. Nothing in Paul reads as if it were written by a 1st century Jew. Yet he acts as if were an expert in Judaism. It's very strange.
Why a softer tone regarding Jesus? Some of his words are paraphrases of earlier Jewish sages. His attitude isn't as completely anti-Jewish, especially when you look at what was most likely the earliest stages of the writing versus what was clearly added later.
