Looking for a vegetarian cookbook...suggestions?
I'm not a vegetarian, but I would like to buy a nice vegetarian (NOT vegan) cookbook, and give it a try. But I'm looking for one that isn't preachy.. you know, "meat is murder" and all that, is what I want to avoid.

Vegetable Heaven by Mollie Katzen
The recipes are sooo unique. I enjoyed the creativity and the twist on flavors more than anything. Definitely one of my top cookbooks.
