Longer Cookbook
Anybody know of a good, specialized cookbook?
Food allergies, and a lot of them. Worst of all, two major flavor ingredients (onions and garlic) and their derivatives (like onion powder or garlic salt) are out, too! Looking for a cookbook that might offer recipes that DON'T have those items in them. Salt and pepper (as long as it's not chili pepper) are okay, but using just those gets old after a while, you know?

suggestions on what herbs and spices may be used as a substitute
for the onions and garlic that you have reaction to.
