Pancake recipe help! For all you cooking wizards out there! URGENT! need help!?
ok, so i really need help. here is my recipe: Baked apple pancakes
¼ c. butter
4 to 5 apples, cored, peeled, thinly sliced
½ c. sugar
2 t. cinnamon
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
½ t. salt
In a 10 ½ cast iron skillet, melt butter. Add apples, sugar, and cinnamon; sauté until soft. Pour over apples in skillet. Bake in oven @ 375 for 30 min. Serve with syrup.
I copied this from a cook book at a library so i dont have the book any more. Does six eggs sound right to you? isnt that to many? Plz help!!!! if it is to many, how many should i use?
Actually the eggs really don't do anything for your recipe except to make your pancakes fluffy. You can add more eggs or less, depends on how many you have and want in there.
I think I am going to steal this recipe from you!
