Heritage Cookbook
Does anyone know what these cook books might be worth?
I have a full set of Southern Living's "Southern Heritage" cookbooks that I no longer use, and I want to find a new home for them. I live out in the sticks and the closest used book store to me is 50 miles away, and they're open only on Fridays. Is there a way to find the value of the books aside from driving them there and letting them evaluate the books? I'd hate to waste all the time and gas for them to tell me that the whole set isn't worth anything. Any advice/ideas?

Prices of second hand books vary greatly, even in good condition, as people are looking out for a bargain and they tend to go to boot or garage sales, or second hand bookstores.
You may get a few pounds selling them privately, or at a good second hand bookshop. In the link Amazon advertises the used books from$3.98 to 0.01p but the quality of yours might be better than this, so it is worth going to a dealer who will try to get the best price for you.
