Is there another great food to eat while trying to lose weight either than celery?
i've TRIED so many times to get myself to like it, but celery is just about the most disgusting thing on the planet and it makes me want to barf. is there another food that takes up more calories to process than it has on its own?

Eat Lettuce And Tuna And A Low Fat Dressing.
Also Fruits Like Green Apples-Oranges-Green Grapes-Mangoes-Pineapples-And Just Any Type Of Other Fruits You May Like. Lemons Too-Squeeze The Juice In Water And Drink It Or You May Use It For Your Salads. Try To Eat Lots Of Lettuce And Tuna And Maybe Wash It Down With Some Green Tea That Makes You-Well You Know... Exercise For At Least 30 Mins 4-6 Times A Week. Burn As Much Calories As Possible. Stay Away From Lots Of Sugar And Oils...Fattening Products. If You're Really Serious You Will Lose All Your Weight.
When You Lose Weight Don't Overeat-Try To Stick To Lots Of Fruits And Vegetables. Get A Book Of That. And Continue On Your Green Tea And Exercise. You May Eat Whatever You Want-But Not Too Much Of It And Stick To Mostly Healthy Foods And Exercise + Your Green Tea And You Would Be Good To Go.
Trust Me You Can Do It If You Have An Image In Your Head Of What You Can't Wait To Look Like. You Need Something To Inspire You.

Also Drink Lots Of Water During The Day And Try To Sweat When Exercising. Just Stick To Healthy Eating Habits And Exercise. Get A Book On Fruits-Vegetables And Fish.
