Every Night
Why does my boyfriend squirm every night to the point of worminess?
Every night when we lay down to sleep, just as I fall asleep my bodyfriend starts squirming. He can't stay still for More Than 6 secs. We went backcountry camping in the NC mtns and everytime I got the courage to fall asleep he would get all wormy and squirm all over the place. It happens every night.
Yeah this happens quite a bit. my bf does it too and so did my ex. Once they start falling asleep they twitch.
It can get REALLY annoying especially if your a light sleeper. I usually wake my parter up and tell him to stop it hahha and then I try to get back to sleep before him!
Not much You Can do unfortunately, just get a good matress where you wont feel him moving and try to get to sleep before him.
