I need some ideas on a super-friendly menu for the week, not many ingredients ps?

Meatloaf ½ C. ketchup 1 egg ¼ C. 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs tea. onion powder 1 pound lean beef in a bowl, mix ¼ cup ketchup, egg, breadcrumbs and onion powder. Mix meat. Shape into a loaf. Spread remaining ketchup over top of loaf. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Broccoli Casserole 2 (10 ounces) PKS. Frozen chopped broccoli 1 (10 ¾ - oz) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 (2.8 - ounces) French fried onions ¾ C. (3 ounces) Cheddar Cheese Cook broccoli according to directions, drain. Combine broccoli, soup, chestnuts and onions. Pour into a baking dish, cover and bake 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and bake 2-3 minutes. Oatmeal 8 Tbl. ½ C. butter ½ C. white sugar brown sugar 2 eggs 1 ½ C. All-Purpose Flour 2 C. ½ c. rolled Tea Oat. Pinch of salt 2 tbsp teaspoon cinnamon. Baking Powder ½ C. ½ c. to milk tea. Vanilla extract 375F oven cream butter and sugars, add eggs one at a time combine four, oats, cinnamon, salt and yeast in a separate bowl. Alternately with milk, add the dry pulp. Stir in vanilla. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
