Is there a plan to go by losing fat below the navel and thighs more effectively?
I dieted low-carb/low-sugar since March, and excercise wazoo. I do cardio activity every day 60-90 minutes, and the stability ball exercises for my fat belly and thighs, I'm crowd (but wrong!). I was not overweight to begin with, so for 5 months while I may lose no more than 12 lbs. But I have very stubborn fat in these areas is wrong. I also do crack. I have exhausted all avenues and have no idea what else to do. Is it because, even though my diet consists of fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, nuts, beans, and whole wheat bread --- it high fat grams that I can not lose weight? My diet is low in calories (like all systems are low-carb/low-sugar) I take in no more than 1400-1600 calories per day, but it is rich in fat grams. Could my diet be impeding loss fat in the abdomen / thighs? Or are there other things I should do in the middle of feeding and training?
Helpful Hints for weight loss: 1) A good way to lose weight is to use a calorie counter shows Keep food intake 1200 1200 Add more 3,500 (equivalent one pound of fat) ... and that the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually very easy once you start look at the numbers and it does not seem like work or exercise. It's just a question of changing the way you think about losing weight. I use this way when I gain a few pounds. The first time I did I went from 168 to 127 2) Most people do not get enough water in their system. Water is a chemical your body's main component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends water. For example, water flushes toxins from vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues. Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you do not have enough water in your body to perform normal functions. To determine if you have enough water use this simple formula .. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces This is how much water you need one day. Your body makes mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer lust for junk food. You have a body system the most efficient to help you develop and feel better throughout your day.
