Too much food today? Help me out please!?

I'm 5'3, 113ish pounds. Do I eat carbs too today? Breakfast: 1 / 4 cup Kashi and 1 / 4 cup of Cheerios with light soy milk 1 / 2 cup. Lunch: 2 slices Sara Lee delicious bread (45 cal each) with c. chopped 1 / 2 almond butter and sour grapes 20. After school: 0% Fage-blueberry acai Dinner: 1 / 2 Costco croissants, one slice of bread with sesame thin green onion and 1 / 2 cup of egg fried rice. Dessert: A great little Granny Smith apple. I know that my dinner was unhealthy and full of carbohydrates ... but was it bad enough for me to gain weight? I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and I have not been run recently ... I also have my lunch tomorrow's senior and I'm not sure how to prepare for this .. I'm scared, I overload the power supply.

A tip here: Do not focus on little details! Just eat sensibly, to be as physically active as You Can, and leave the details get out. Losing weight should be a gradual thing: no More Than a pound and a half weeks, if it is to be done in a healthy way! If you Lose Weight too soon you'll probably end up winning most of the back again soon - watch Oprah as a good example of this: it's always a certain power crazy, but a few months later, it bounces and it looks like it did before! This is because if too restrict your energy intake, your body reacts as if it is in a famine ... it becomes more efficient to do more mileage in the same amount of energy, reducing its metabolic rate in order to use energy at a slower pace. When you start to eat normally or near normally again, your body remains in this altered state and slow you gain weight very easily and quickly, as your body prepares for the next "famine" by packaging on the books so that food is available for it. So you need to lose weight gradually so as not to trigger this response. / / Make sense? Best "Diet" is just to change the way you eat ... permanantly, for life. Cut out junk food and foods with refined products in it as white flour, added sugars, added fats and oils, etc. Eat whole foods and especially meals with whole foods. Many fruits and vegetables, cooked according to the nutrient. Little red meat, no extra fat and oils such as butter and margarine (I say "little" because you can eat just about anything if you do it in moderation ..... Moderation and variety are the key not only to good nutrition, but to life in general), drink plenty of water (your pee should be almost clear -! if it is yellow, drink some good old H2O. So when we feel often hungry between meals, our bodies will be pleased with liquid instead of solid - and I'm not talking about soda and other sugary drinks: These are high in calories and add up surprisingly fast! Three meals a day (or two) without or with very light snack will help you lose weight and maintain it. / / Eat a good breakfast is important to get off to a strong start to the day and the evening meal should be light of the three. / / Activity Physics is the other half of the equation: activity into your day: Bike to the store or school or work where possible, for example. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk a lot. Use the car as little as possible. Get involved in the least one active sport .... and so on: if you build your business from day to day life, you will not spend much time boring "work out "it will be a part of your everyday normal life!
