What can I cook with cooking wine?
I have a bottle of red cooking wine and a bottle of cooking sherry What can I cook that I can add that too
In the future, I recommend you just cook with a decent regular wine or sherry. cooking wines are not very good quality and are high in sodium (and are as expensive as a very good wine, when one considers the volume.) Trying to add red wine and tomato (spaghetti) sauce, or stew beef or potroast. Sherry can really improve black bean soup, and French restaurants often used to pay in the pea soup.
