Good and easy vegan cookbooks?
Hello,
I am looking for a recommendation for a good vegan cookbook for beginning cooks. I want something that is easy to understand and basic with good recipies that don't require a million hard to find ingredients. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hope this helps. Good luck, it's very easy, I'm a vegetarian for more then 8 years, and it's very easy to cook, because meat isn't always the easiest to prepare.
