Art Cake
Cake for my studies I wanted to do as ort of the representation of stairs escalotor help?
I want to make a cake that represents the stairs to the subway station Rossyln DC in their kind of symbol I use to show how I came to the realization my goal to go to the Art Institute. I already have a recipie for fondant, but can anyone give me some tips on how to better achieve this goal and believe semi decent?
I have a thin base of cake ... entire length of the stairs for him sit on top of. Then I cut and stack shorter pieces of cake to actually form the escalator. Make sure you use a cake pound cake or similar solid. You do not want anything super wet ... it will not be a good place under the pressure of being stacked.
